Purchase is for use as a single image on a phone/computer/ipad, for personal use (i.e. desktop wallpaper, single small print etc)

Images supplied as JPEGs (.jpg); Size 1024 x 768 pixels (unless originally portrait).

Licence B- Single Commercial and high specification personal use

Purchase is for single use of image as a large print (i.e. digitally printed wallpaper/canvas etc). or single use of image in any given publication/website.

All images to be credited with the following:

on the usage website and with each image in each publication.

Purchase is for the multiple use of each image in any given publication, irrespective of the print run, and allows for that use to be any time from the date of purchase. Non-exclusive.

Your purchased images, which have no watermark, will be available immediately for download along with licence details directly from the checkout once payment has been made. You will also receive an email with a download link to images and licences.

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before purchasing and downloading digital images or prints. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Escapes and Landscapes regarding the purchase and use of digital prints. By downloading the digital image, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Due to the nature of digital prints, we do not offer refunds or returns once the digital files have been downloaded. There is the opportunity to preview your Photo Pack prior to purchase and download.

However, if there is a technical issue with the downloaded files, the Customer must notify us within 7 days of purchase, providing details and supporting evidence. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect. If any deficiency is approved and a refund is agreed to, the order will be cancelled and no longer accessible.

All images are available to preview on the website prior to purchase. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that they are purchasing the correct product, both with regard to content, form and quantity. No refund or replacement will be made where the product is supplied as ordered by the purchaser.

We hope this collection of photographs will be as much a source of interest and enjoyment to the viewer as they have been to us during the selection process.   

(My father) has enjoyed photography at air shows for 60 years or so and of our railway 
heritage. Along the way, some of the wonders of nature have also been recorded for 
posterity.

In most cases, the photographs were taken ‘for the record’ rather that with perfection
of composition in mind. Inevitably, some of the subjects and locations are no longer
with us or have since changed guise. Some of the photographs of once common
subjects have therefore become even more ‘interesting’ than when they were taken.
Most of them are evocative of the ‘(good) old days’.

The photographs are arranged in various galleries to facilitate finding images of interest, and  the search facility will enable specific subjects, locations and events to be found from the various galleries.

The published photographs are only a fraction of those in our collection, so if we have not included a subject of your particular interest, please contact us and we will endeavour to (find it for you).

Further images will be added to the website on a regular basis.

Specific information included with the images regarding dates, serial numbers and operators at the time, for example, are taken from (my father’s) notes of the day and/or programmes/published data of the events.
